There’s no such thing as prequalified credit card!
Pre-qualified credit cards are basically a marketing lie and a fraud. It’s only a trick to attract your attention and make you apply for an offer you wouldn’t apply otherwise.
Have you notice that you need to apply for these pre-qualified credit card offers? Why on earth you need to apply if you’re already qualified? More often than not, if you apply to such offer you get rejected, and end up with a hard inquiry on your report!
The FACT Act gives the credit bureaus permission to sell your credit history information to credit lending companies, which screen potential clients and put them on mailing lists.
All these false prequalified credit card offers only mean that they’ve processed your information (along with that of millions more) and according to their judgment you may be interested to qualify for whatever it is they’re trying to sell.
You can find many posts here about these junk offers, e.g.:

Pre approved credit card?
My advice? Forget about those and get a credit card that both suit you needs and that you stand a chance of getting approved for.
