Anybody knows which companies provide rental history reports?
CoreLogic SafeRent
There are two major companies that provide landlords with rental history reports: CoreLogic SafeRent & LexisNexis.CoreLogic SafeRent provides landlords with information about potential tenants’ rental history, sex offender status & court records. CoreLogic also sells the same information to other third party companies for rental & employment screening purposes.
